Right of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the buyer shall bear all necessary costs of returning the goods, provided that the returned item is free of defects. The buyer must comply with the following conditions:

The goods must meet the following requirements:

– The goods must be returned in their original packaging
– The goods must show no signs of use or wear and must not have been worn
– The goods must be complete
– The goods must be returned together with the proof of purchase
– Please do not send the goods cash on delivery. Returns sent cash on delivery will not be accepted
– We do not assume liability for any loss of goods during return shipping. It is the buyer’s responsibility to package the goods in a way that prevents transport damage

If all of the above conditions are met, the order value will be refunded to your account within 14 working days after receipt of the undamaged and unused goods.

If any of the above conditions are not fulfilled, we reserve the right to refuse the withdrawal. In this case, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
